Annabel Dixon started 345 in 1983 and went on to start 2 to 3, the junior section of the school and also Oaktree in SW12. "Our ethos has always been the same within each of our three schools - children don't learn if they are not happy, therefore happiness and fun are paramount to the continued success of the school." Annabel believes passionately that all children can succeed if they are motivated and that it is up to her and her team of excellent teachers to find that key to motivation.
